About the project
In the centre of Bratislava, known as the downtown area, the Ister Tower multifunctional complex will be developed. Its main landmark, the Ister Tower, will be a 100-metre-high skyscraper with 33 floors, accompanied by two smaller buildings.
The eight-storey Ister Business Suites building will offer commercial premises and premium duplex apartments, ideal for an active lifestyle and business use.
Ister Parkside, a twelve-storey development oriented towards park views, will offer compact hotel-style units as well as exclusive family apartments with terraces, offering exceptional views and privacy.
The entire project will comprise 489 residential units, more than 1,000 square metres of commercial space, and ample parking capacity.
