About the project
In cooperation with the developer Panattoni, we are constructing a logistics hall near the city of Poznań. Covering more than 35,000 square metres, the 12-metre-high facility will provide sufficient space, including office facilities.
The building has been designed with sustainability standards in mind, including a thorough assessment of best practices in building design, with an emphasis on long-term sustainability. It has been awarded the official BREEAM EXCELLENT certification, confirming that the building is environmentally friendly and constructed using sustainable materials.
The first phase of the project has been successfully completed and handed over to PEKAES – Geodis RoadNetwork. The construction of the second phase is subject to the conclusion of a lease agreement with a new tenant.

Location
Poznań is one of the main transport hubs of Poland, thanks to its location between Warsaw and Berlin, and has good connections with both the rest of the country and Europe.
The logistics hall is located 30 km from the airport, close to the A2 and S11 motorways.
